A bear in Joe's yard!

Excitement in our little cul-de-sac this morning as we walked to the bus.
As our nextdoor neighbour Joe was taking out his trash, he told us a bear had visited their backyard overnight!
Wow, in many areas, this is nothing new, but it's not really a common occurance on our block. Especially not on the inside part of the street. (the outside borders brush)
So, this was big news! The bear had trashed Joe's birdfeeder and he left a whole trail throughout some backyards.
Good thing we have the backyard fenced..i guess I'll hold off on letting Raul play out front after dark for a while..
I took some pictures, since there was no time for the kids to see it in person (with bus almost coming) and by the time they get out it's probably going to be melted.Raul will surely get a kick out of this!
