Happy New Year!

My year was actually pretty good.

It was a year of continuing getting the hang of doing things on my own. Figuring out routines as a widowed mom, and trying to find the right balance between being there for my kids, and being there for myself.

I was lucky enough to spend the year with a wonderful guy, and finding a new passion in black and white photography.

I went on 3 wonderful trips with just my kids, and had some unforgettable family time.

It was a year that pretty much flew by, but it was all good.

Hoping that 2012 will be just as good. I'm curious to see what's in store.
